We are specialist tour planners for East, Central and Southern Africa
and the Indian Ocean Islands. Our team has decades of combined travel experience in the area and we have personally visited and approved all of the destinations we recommend. We are meticulous about keeping ourselves abreast of the finest destinations Africa has to offer.

Pulse Africa was established in 1992 by Kenyan-born Sandy Wood, who previously worked as a tour guide in Kenya and Tanzania and hotel and lodge manager in southern Africa. As Pulse Africa's MD, Sandy remains extremely hands on and her wealth of knowledge, travel experience and organisational skills prove invaluable to our clients.

Pulse Africa's head office is based in Johannesburg, the main gateway to southern Africa. We are also represented in some of the major regions of the world - the United Kingdom, USA, Middle East and Spain.
