At Pulse Africa we are meticulous in the way that we plan your holiday, we leave nothing to chance and with years of experience are able to make your dreams into the reality of a perfect beach holiday or bush safari.

Here’s how it works.

On receiving your request management will make the decision as to which of our experienced travel consultants is best suited to your needs. Our consultants are some of the best trained, most experienced and best travelled around and being based in South Africa allows for this as Africa is on our doorstep. Should we need to see a new hotel or check that standards are being maintained in hotels that we already use, we only need to jump in a car or on a short flight and we are there.

Your consultant will now contact you by phone and really listen to what you have to say, listen to your aspirations, listen to your needs and most importantly listen to what you want before making any suggestions. Within roughly forty eight hours you will receive a detailed suggested itinerary by e-mail.(see sample itinerary) If you are happy your consultant will now book all the services suggested, if not feel free to make changes until you are. Remember, we are totally flexible and aim to make every holiday a unique experience for our clients.

On confirmation you will receive a 25% deposit invoice with the balance being due six weeks prior to travel. On receiving the final balance your consultant will then send by courier, your travel pack which will contain a copy of your travel plans, all your vouchers, brochures, general information on the areas you are travelling to, lists of things to do and see, places to eat, medical requirements, things to pack and contact details of all services and lodgings involved in your holiday.

Our involvement in your holiday does not stop there as when you are travelling we will subtly check up to see that everything is in order and that you are enjoying that perfect beach holiday or bush safari and that on your return home we will be in contact to ensure that all arrangements went off without a hitch.
