Finally, after almost a decade of peace and international effort to restore the country to its former state, Mozambique is returning to its rightful place as one of the jewels of Africa. Maputo, Mozambique's capital, boasts interesting colonial architecture and is the best place to enjoy Mozambique's famous LM prawns!

Maputo is the sprawling capital of Mozambique with a population of about two million people and a large harbour. There are rich tropical reefs, clear warm whe area offers unspoiled coral pink beaches, World Class deep sea fishing, salt water fly fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. The Quirimbas Archipelago, consisting of 32 islands, stretches from Pemba (the capital of Cabo Delgado Province) to the Rovuma River, which forms the natural frontier between Tanzania and Mozambique.
