HIGHLIGHTS
GREAT WHITE SHARKS OF FALSE BAY
Spend an unforgettable day with the great white sharks of False Bay. This one day shark trip is centered around shark breaching, shark predation and shark cage diving. High season for great white sharks is from April to the middle of September (with June, July and August being the best three months).
Tours leave from Simonstown, which is only 40 minutes from Cape Town. Being situated in Simonstown means that you will not only see the great white sharks, but you will also be able to visit the penguins and even Cape Point Nature reserve all in one day. The area worked is Seal Island, False Bay. This area is home to the great white sharks and various other marine animals. The island is also home to 64000 cape fur seals and during the trip whales and dolphins are often seen.
