THROW A PARTY AFRICAN STYLE

For a long time now we have been involved in helping friends, family and clients with some of the arrangements needed in planning celebrations or special occasions. Following Sandy's own 50th birthday bash(Pulse Africa's MD) where she arranged for eighty people from all over the world to travel to Kenya we have decided to add this service to our portfolio and offer a one stop shop for that important celebration. Here's how and why.
  
Just last week, I(and a large group of mutual friends and family) received a long rambling e-mail from a dear friend who is arranging a surprise 40th birthday bash for his wife next April in France. The e-mail went on to detail how much research my friend had gone into in finding a superb venue, finding out rough costs involved and suggesting various travel companies that we should be talking to. A lot of work had gone into this especially from a man that runs his own company, where did he find the time? Why should we be making our own arrangements? Booking our own flights, sorting out our own transport to and from the airport at that end, confirming hotels, arranging ski passes etc etc etc. Why wasn't there a central point of contact I asked myself that, for a small fee would coordinate everything? That point of contact could make sure that as many of us as possible would be on the same flight out, perhaps could share taxis or even a bus at that end and that we would all end up staying in the same hotel. Most importantly however how was my friend going to arrange the party? How from his office in London was he going to be able to organise every little detail that I know he would want in place to make the evening that special night to remember?

Pulse Africa intends to be that point of contact. With our intimate knowledge of Africa we will be on hand to come up with ideas and venues and arrange every little detail, not only for you as the person who is arranging the party or get together but also for all your friends and family attending.
