Ras Nungwi - North Coast - Zanzibar & Pemba - Tanzania

Located on the northern tip of Zanzibar on one of the island's most beautiful beaches, Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel is sixty kilometres from the airport and Old Stone Town. The beach is protected by a coral reef, which encircles the whole island making this an ideal location for watersports or relaxing in the temperate water while soaking up the equatorial sun.

The hotel is built from hand-cut fossilized coral limestone and other natural materials and literally blends into the landscape. A sparkling pool with glass mosaic tiling in shades of blue is a recent addition.

This small luxury hotel offers a choice of lodge rooms and chalets, each positioned to maximize the panoramic sea views and cool island breezes. Individually furnished with hand crafted four-poster beds and Zanzibar style décor including carved doors, each room is en suite with ceiling fans, balcony and mosquito nets over the beds, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Apart from having their own dive centre, the resort also offers water-skiing, windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking, dhow cruises, beach volleyball, deep-sea fishing and a variety of other activities.
