Tortilis Camp is an exclusive tented lodge in an area adjoining Amboseli National Park. This luxurious hillside camp is named for the trees under which it is built, acacia tortilis, and looks out over the plains of Amboseli across into Tanzania.

Tortilis Camp is renowned for its delicious homestyle cuisine, using only the freshest herbs and vegetables grown in the camp’s gardens. The chef has been trained in good Italian home cooking, and specialises in carefully prepared homemade pastas, a Tortilis speciality. Over three hundreds species of birds live in the area, including waterfowl which inhabit the year-round springs in the campgrounds. Game around the camp is wonderful and can be viewed by the guests on game drives and walks.
