Oyster Bay uses a balanced mixture of old and new in its decoration, giving guests the feeling of visiting friends in their modern African home. There are many interesting pieces of art to balance the clean, crisp design of the hotel. The living area is light and airy with tall French doors leading out into the large, professionally landscaped garden. Metal sculptures are dotted throughout the garden to complement the interior of the hotel.
The Oyster Bay kitchen is always open for those who arrive late at night or very early morning so there is no chance of anyone ever going hungry. Meals are served on the veranda, in the dining area and on the pool deck depending on time of day and weather conditions.
Oyster Bay has eight spacious, ocean facing rooms with balconies. Each room has either a king size bed or twin beds and all have a writing desk and plasma TV.The en-suite bathrooms are open plan with a free standing bath, walk through shower and enclosed toilet.
