The Retreat is a Victorian farmhouse in the Groenfontein Valley close to the Swartberg Nature Reserve in the Klein Karoo. Owners Grant and Marie Burton are proud to open their home to guests and to share this lovely piece of Africa.
There are five rooms in the main house and two garden suites close by. All are en suite and have verandahs for guest to enjoy the breathtaking views. Enjoy walks in the hills, swimming in the rock pools of the nearby river or mountain biking.The Retreat is well placed for visiting Oudtshoorn and the Cango Caves.
