Old Mondoro - Lower Zambezi - Zambia

Old Mondoro Camp is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Lower Zambezi National Park. The concept of Old Mondoro is simple and is to provide guests with an authentic, remote safari that concentrates on the wildlife and bush experience. The emphasis is on walking, in what is arguably the best walking area in the Lower Zambezi. Accommodation is in only four bush chalets, with en suite canvas bucket showers and basins. The main tent serves as a lounge and dining area, and the traditional bush kitchen supplies outstanding meals and fresh bread daily.
