Situated on the edge of an escarpment, on the remote western side of the Chobe National Park, Muchenje has been designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views over the Caprivi Strip. Twenty guests are accommodated in twin bedded thatched chalets, all with en suite facilities and private verandas. As an owner run lodge, the atmosphere is personal and the activities are tailor-made to the guests' requirements. The elegant central lodge incorporates a dining area, bar, viewing deck with a natural swimming pool beyond. Game viewing options include early morning, late morning, afternoon and full day game drives, game viewing on the river, walking safaris, night drives and culture at nearby traditional village.
