Jacana Camp - Botswana - Okavango Delta - Moremi

Jacana is set in one of the most densely populated wetland areas for sitatunga and red lechwe, on the Jao flats, just west of the Moremi Game Reserve. It is a water camp, with access being mainly by boat, and myriad waterways, channels, marshes and islands to choose from for excellent game viewing. Guests can expect to see everything from hippo, crocodile, lechwe, elephant, lion, leopard and buffalo - in fact all the big game can be found here. Birders will no doubt have fun trying to spot the elusive Pels fishing owl and slaty egret.
