Mara Intrepids Camp - Kenya - The Masai Mara

Sheltered in an indigenous forest bordering the Mara River, the location of Mara Intrepids for game viewing is second to none. Situated amongst towering acacia trees interspersed with the silver leaf croton trees along the banks of the river, it exudes the true feel of Africa - wide, open spaces set against a deep blue African sky. The thirty tents are divided into four private areas, each with its own elegant "mess tent" and secluded riverside viewpoints. The raised guest tents present a picture of old world elegance, with giant four-poster beds and handsome mahogany furniture offset by modern en suite bathrooms and amenities. The lounge, bar and dining area overlook the river and a sparkling blue pool. Intrepids' internationally trained chefs will prepare delectable dishes to order, all served with succulent salads, homemade breads, delightful desserts and the finest wines.
