Situated in the south of the Liwonde National Park, Malawi's premier wildlife reserve, Mvuu Camp is nestled on the edge of the Shire River and provides a comfortable base from which to enjoy the natural beauty of the park. The camp caters for a maximum of twenty-six guests in chalets with en suite facilities. The bar and dining areas command spectacular views of the river. There is superb game viewing, elephant, hippo, crocodile, kudu, sable, impala, waterbuck are often seen, with an occasional sighting of leopard, lion or serval and incredible bird watching with over three hundred and seventy species recorded to date.
