Des Roches Island - Outlying Islands - Seychelles

Des Roches, the largest island of the Amirantes group, lies one hundred and fifty miles south west of Mahe and offers some of the best fishing and diving waters in the world. At just over three miles in length, the island and its beautiful private beaches is ideal for exploring by bicycle.

Each of the twenty suites lie just metres from the beach and offers all the facilities expected of a luxury lodge – including a patio, air conditioning and fans, bath and shower as well as direct dial phones. The suites are brightly decorated in Seychelles island style and all have stunning views. Evening meals, with the emphasis on fresh fish, are served in the main dining room whilst lunches are taken in the popular and relaxed beach restaurant.

Apart from diving and deep-sea fishing, guests can also canoe, play tennis, windsurf, sail, snorkel, enjoy the pool, try their hand at bone fishing or simply relax on the beach and soak up the suns rays!
