The Nomad style gurus have been hard at work on the unique design of the new tents which offer comfort, space, and light and are designed to take full advantage of the passing breezes. The mess and dining tent is spacious, welcoming, and funky, and definitely somewhere to spend a relaxed afternoon, either inside in the library/lounge area or in the shade of a tree lying in a hammock soaking up the Tarangire vibe. The landscape is famous for its baobab trees, which are scattered throughout the park. It's a strong, rolling wilderness that over the last hundred years has earned the respect of the bush-wise, first as a hunting ground, and more recently as a vital wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania's Great Rift Valley. Activities include game drives in the key game spots; there are opportunities for exciting walking safaris and fly camping expeditions within the remote wilderness areas of the park.
