Hluhluwe River Lodge - North Coast - South Africa - KwaZulu Natal - Coastal Region

Situated on the western shore of The Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, Hluhluwe River Lodge overlooks the spectacular Hluhluwe floodplain and False Bay. Accommodation for sixteen people is in luxury thatched A-frame chalets, all en-suite and with open-air showers enclosed in a boma. Each chalet boasts a beautiful wooden viewing deck from which guests can enjoy the surrounding woodlands. The main lodge, which is built in a colonial style, houses the central living and dining area, a large wooden viewing deck where sundowners are served in the evening, a swimming pool, library and outdoor boma. Activities to choose from at the lodge include game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, lake cruises, birding excursions, walking safaris and fishing trips.
