La Residence is situated in a private wine and olive estate in the Franschhoek Valley, a mere forty-five minutes drive from Cape Town and within close proximity of many excellent restaurants and wine farms.Designed along the lines of a Tuscan Villa, La Residence offers five luxuriously furnished suites, each with private bathroom and individually decorated with exquisite linen, antiques and Persian carpets.

Expansive patios offer magnificent opportunities to relax, admire the view and absorb the fresh mountain air. Alternatively guests can enjoy the cloistered courtyard with private pool.

La Residence is a unique experience - a private residence offering those wishing to escape from hotels and the public to privacy and relaxation, whilst having ones every need attended to. Guests are provided with superb service from a personal butler, a private chef, chauffer and car on hand.

The rates are simple whether you choose to enjoy La Residence as a couple or as a group of friends (ten guests and up to five extra children). Rates include butler, chef, chauffeur and car (+- 50 km per day) as well as food and local beverages.
