Since 1996, Inverdoorn Game Lodge & Safari has played host to an incredible diversity of animals in the breathtaking landscape of the Cape Karoo, just two and a half hours drive from Cape Town. The Lodge offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences, including genuine Karoo hospitality in luxurious accommodation, magical evening game drives in the open veld to hear Africa's night calls and watching in awe as the lodge's magnificent Cheetahs speed through their daily rehabilitation exercises.

Since 2001, Inverdoorn has operated specialised care programmes specifically for Cheetahs, pairing up unrelated animals in order to retain the widest possible range of genetic characteristics in the Cheetah gene pool. These programmes are open to overnight guests to learn all about Cheetah genetics and specialised needs from the lodge's resident experts.
