Jaci's Safari Lodge - Madikwe Game Reserve - Northwest - South Africa

Situated in the Madikwe Game Reserve under a grove of Tamboti trees on the banks of the Groot Marico River, Jaci's Safari Lodge overlooks an established and well-used waterhole.

The main complex is open plan and built around a huge termite mound. There are only eight double suites at the lodge. Each one has a private deck overlooking a running stream where the game comes down to drink. The rooms are a charming mixture of local stone and huge tented windows, with a cool thatch roof to give that special African bush feeling. Each en suite bathroom has an enormous "rock" bath and outside shower.

Game viewing in Madikwe is excellent and the area is malaria free.
