Every one of Richard's sumptuous meals - more personalised than any - is an extraordinary chef-d'oeuvre that redefines the concept of flavour. Blazing log fires on chilly evenings and choice wines from the cellar make perfect accompaniments. Each room has been decorated with pure originality and has its own veranda with wonderful views of the mountains and a glistening, trout-stocked dam.
