The large white tents of Sausage Tree Camp sit high on the riverbank of the Zambezi. These are marquees for connoisseurs of canvas and combine with all of the creature comforts. Spacious and cool, the tents are simple and stylish. The view is over the river and a field of reeds, channels dotted with water lilies and huge pods of hippo, buffalo and elephant.
